‘BATGIRL’
The Rolex GMT Master II ref. 116710BLNR (AKA, the Batman) was center stage at Basel World 2013, with its Batman-esque colour scheme tastefully deviating from the famous GMT Master Pepsi colourway we all know and love. The spotlight (bat-signal?) was again affixed to a black and blue GMT reference in 2019 where Rolex introduced its next iteration of the Batman, the 126710BLNR. This reference saw the oyster bracelet replaced with a jubilee, and the unwavering caliber 3186 movement replaced by the updated caliber 3285. Naturally, the ‘Batgirl’ was born.
The example presented here is in excellent overall condition, sporting very minimal wear along the polished sides of the case and crystal. Being a nearly 4yr old watch, the movement is running exceptionally well and the watch will be accompanied by its original box and papers.
