GRAND SEIKO SBGW231

If there was a watch that would come to mind when thinking of refinement, precision, and sophistication, the SBGW231 would be a strong candidate for embodying such adjectives. Its refined dial layout, precise movement, and the off-white and zaratsu polished steel aesthetic come together and make one lovely watch. 

 

As with most Grand Seiko’s, the SBGW231’s dial comes from subtleties found within nature. When the early morning sunlight meets the fog in early Autumn, it creates a rich and calming off-white lighting effect through which this dial colour draws inspiration from. 

 

Condition wise, this example is excellent. The case bears the odd hairline scratch only to be found under certain lighting conditions. This watch was purchased from an AD in 2019 and will come as a complete set.
