GRAND SEIKO SBGK007

Debuting in 2019 as a part of Grand Seiko’s Elegance collection, the SBGK007 is the depiction of modern watchmaking tied in with inspiration from the past, and the SBGK does so in a very, for lack of better words, subtly elegant manner. 

 

The dial is uniquely designed and straightforward in the information it conveys. Small seconds can be found beside 9 o’clock, with a power reserve directly across the dial beside 3 o’clock. Coupled with dauphine hands, sculpted markers, and a fine silverburst dial makes for an exceptional watch. For an added treat, Grand Seiko has made the manually wound 9S63 movement visible through the caseback.
